Apple CEO apologizes to Chinese Customers
Mr .Tim Cook , CEO of Apple Inc apologizes to Chinese Customers for their repair policies in China. In Apple’s China website two weeks back a statement said that “misunderstandings” may have led to the perception “Apple’s attitude was arrogant” towards Chinese customers.
The State media CCTV in China accused the firm of arrogant and cupidity of Apple on Chinese Customers .
Mr. Cook , wrote a apologizes letter to Chinese Customers as “We are aware that a lack of communications led to the perception Apple’s attitude was arrogant and that we do not care and attach importance to consumer feedback,” Mr Cook wrote. “We express our sincere apologies for any concerns or misunderstandings this gave consumers.”
Apple improves their warranty terms and policies in China after this backlash by CCTV in China. China is the second biggest market place of Apple products , Mr. Cook expected to replace North America to China as Apple’s largest source of revenue by earlier of this year
